A few things to know.

Breadsheet is a budget and expense tracker for iPhone and Android. You can add spending by voice, scan a receipt, enter it manually, or ask the assistant to prepare a transaction. Breadsheet also includes budgets, accounts, recurring transactions, insights, and CSV import and export.

Yes. Manual expense tracking, budgets, insights, multiple accounts, recurring transactions, and CSV import and export are included in the free plan. Breadsheet Pro unlocks unlimited voice entries, receipt scans, and assistant questions.

You can use the free plan without signing in. Sign-in is required to purchase Pro and helps keep your Pro access available after reinstalling the app or moving to another phone.

Breadsheet stores its active ledger on your device and does not run a cloud ledger-sync service. Depending on your settings, iCloud or Android operating-system backup may include app data.

Voice entry sends the recording and a small set of category and payee hints. Receipt scanning sends the receipt image and the same type of hints. The assistant sends your question with a compact summary of relevant spending and a limited window of recent transactions. These requests are sent only when you use the feature.

Tap the microphone and say what you spent. Breadsheet prepares the amount, category, date, and description, saves the transaction locally, and opens it for review. You can correct or remove it.

Take a photo or choose one from your gallery. Breadsheet prepares the merchant, total, date, and available line items, saves the transaction locally, and shows the result for review.

The assistant can answer questions about categories, recent purchases, subscriptions, account balances, and budget progress using the relevant spending you have recorded.

Yes. Voice and receipt results are saved to your local ledger and then shown for review, so you can correct or remove them. An assistant transaction remains a draft until you choose to save it.

Open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. This removes the linked Breadsheet server account but keeps local app data and does not cancel a store subscription. Signed-in users can also follow the external deletion instructions on the website.

Yes. CSV export is included in the free plan. CSV import is also available when you are moving data from another app or a CSV export.

Yes. Breadsheet is available on both iPhone and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.
