Yes. Manual expense tracking, monthly budgets, insights and charts, multiple accounts, and CSV import and export are all free. Breadsheet Pro unlocks unlimited voice, receipt, and assistant use as a monthly, annual, or one-time lifetime purchase.

No. Breadsheet never connects to a bank and never asks for bank credentials. You add expenses yourself by voice, receipt scan, or typing.

No account is required to start. You only sign in if you want to restore a Pro purchase on a new device.

On your device. Your transactions, budgets, and accounts are local-first and stay there, not on our servers.

Only what the feature needs, and only when you use it. Voice sends your audio recording, receipt scan sends the photo, and the assistant sends your question with a small amount of recent spending context so the answer makes sense. Your full transaction history is never sent.

Tap the microphone and say what you spent - for example, "I spent eighteen dollars on lunch." Breadsheet drafts the amount, category, and date for you to review before saving. Voice entry is a Pro feature after the free trial.

Photograph a receipt and Breadsheet extracts the merchant, total, date, and line items for you to review. Receipt scanning is a Pro feature after the free trial.

The assistant answers questions about your own spending - things like "How much did I spend on groceries this month?" or "Did I stay under my dining budget?" It reads only the recent spending context needed to reply, and only when you ask.

Yes. CSV export is available on the free plan. CSV import is also supported if you are moving over from another app.

Breadsheet is available on Android now. The iOS version is in development.
