From receipt to transaction.

A photo is often the fastest way to capture a purchase with several items. Breadsheet does the reading; you keep the final say.

Take or choose a photo

Place the receipt on a clear surface and make sure the total and merchant name are visible.

Open the saved details

Breadsheet prepares the merchant, total, date, and available line items, saves them locally, and shows the result for review.

Make any corrections

Check the result, change the account or category, or remove a transaction that is not right.

Private by default

How the receipt photo is handled.

When you start a scan, the image and a small set of category hints are sent to Breadsheet's AI provider for processing. Temporary receipt media is removed after the scan succeeds, and the provider may retain submitted content under its own terms. The transaction itself is stored on your device.
