Voice logging
Say what you spent. AI extracts the amount, category, and date from your words and drafts a transaction for your review.
Breadsheet is an AI budget app and expense tracker for Android. Log spending by voice, snap a receipt, or ask the assistant - and Breadsheet turns it into a clean transaction you review before saving.
No account required. No bank connection needed.
Breadsheet uses AI for three tasks. Each one runs only when you use it, sends only what the request needs, and produces a draft you confirm before it saves.
Say what you spent. AI extracts the amount, category, and date from your words and drafts a transaction for your review.
Photograph a receipt. AI pulls out the merchant, total, date, and line items so you can review and save in seconds.
Ask questions in plain language. The assistant reads only the recent context it needs to answer - your full history stays on your device.
The assistant answers from your own spending data - not a generic response, but a reply grounded in what you have actually logged. Ask about a budget category, a time period, or a specific transaction type.
Breadsheet is local-first. Your data lives on your device, not on our servers. AI features send data only for the specific request you are making - a voice note, a receipt photo, or an assistant question with a small amount of recent context. Nothing is sent in the background.

No. When you ask the assistant a question, it receives your question and a small window of recent spending context - enough to give a useful answer. Your full history is never sent.
No. Breadsheet never connects to a bank. You add expenses yourself by voice, receipt, or typing, and the AI works from what you have logged.
Local-first means your data lives on your device by default, not on a server. Breadsheet is designed around that model. AI features send data only for the request you are making, and nothing is stored server-side after the request completes.
